Acceptance of Terms

By means of our Services, you are agreeing to these Terms and Conditions. We may make changes in them, or add to them, at our own pleasure, without any preadmonition. The amendments will all be posted on the site of SunshineCoastbondcleans site. Customers are advised to frequently visit this page to keep in touch.

Interpretation

  • Customer / You- any other individual or organisation that purchases the Services of the Company.

  • We/ Us/ Company- company/ subcontractors, which offers the service or licensed subcontractors on behalf of the company.

  • Service / Services- any activity, or package anticipated by the Customer.

  • Subcontractors/ Contracted Cleaner / Cleaners- workers.

  • Heavily Soiled- a lot of dirt, dust or grime more than back home.

  • Managing Agent- a managing agent who is in charge of tenancy management.

  • Premises- property that should be cleaned.

  • Vacate Standards- cleanliness quality in accordance with the Managing Agent under the Residential Tenancies and Rooming Act of 2008.

  • Reasonable endeavours- best efforts will be taken into account, upon the pre-existing conditions.

General Provisions

The Terms refer to the regulation of all the contracts between the Company and the Customer, and any other documentation or negotiations or arrangements that contradict each other.

Conduct and Behaviour

Our staff would desire to treat us in an honourable manner. No harassment, threats, intimidation, obscene language, racism, or defamatory allusions will occur. Should this occur, we are allowed to cancel Services without refund and be sued.

Inclusions and Exclusions

It contains a long list of additions and omissions dealing with move out cleaning [HERE].

Pricing and Quotes

  • The fees will be based on the average size of the property and average conditions.

  • It can also be changed in case of a mismatch between the description and the actual case, e.g. there are more rooms, and more curtains or excess dirt.

  • A small house (less than 2 bedrooms) with 1 sliding door panel and 4 windows is also offered by them, with cleaning included in their prices. Huge houses (above 2 bedrooms) consist of 2 sliding doors and eight windows.

  • Access to keys, car parking fees and other special work areas, and access is optional.

  • Impure houses may consume greater time, machinery or resources.

  • Reporting of every change will be done prior to the commencement of the change. The amended price should then be accepted and the payment made, and proceed with it. The denial of some of the Cleaning assurance could be reversed.

Access to Property

  • The customers will be required to ensure that it is supplied like electricity, running water and that all areas that require to be cleaned should be available.

  • Rejection of access is accompanied by a non-access fee (40 per hour up to the maximum amount of the job).

  • The collection of keys can be charged a fee of 40 per 10km.

  • The rest of the charges are identical to the appointment fee or the Cancellation fee on unreachable sites, that is, 70 dollars.

  • Any furniture that has a weight exceeding 5kg cannot be moved. This is not covered in the affected areas.

  • Cleaning should be done on rubbish, standards of living and delicate objects. The clearing of objects that were not yet done by the cleaning is not our duty, resulting in a loss.

  • The customer is assigning us the rights to make the photographs so that we obtain good quality and reporting.

Postponement

Same-day Rescheduling costs $70. They are also in a position to retain the whole value of the booking as security.

Cancellations and Refunds

  • Return cancellations after booking: $ 50 administration fee.

  • Under 72 hours to the job date: the cancellation will attract a fee of $100.

  • The penalty will be 200 within less than 24 hours.

  • The availability of charges will also arise due to cancellation of bookings on the same day due to safety issues, hazardous weather conditions or entry prohibitions.

  • We have the option of re-booking or cancelling when the conditions of the property are not as per or due to so many happenings that we were not expecting.

Payments

  • Full payment must be made before commencement, except otherwise stated in writing.

  • The reservation will be done using good credit card information. Minimum $50 deposit applies.

  • Remittance will have to be established in order to carry out bank transfers. Within three business days, a decision on grants.

  • Balance to be paid in a month will be subjected to a penalty of 250 per cent and 5 per cent of the invoice value every month.

  • The Customer will be forced to incur supplementary recovery costs, including legal expenses.

  • The dishonour payments or charge back is charged with a fee of 25 per cent administration and interest. Recovery agents may be hired in case of need.

  • When it is an agency order or a government order, an official work order should be taken regarding payment.

Claims and Complaints

  • The allegations of harm or unfavourable performance must be in written form within 24 hours of the completion.

  • The customers are required to consent to the inspection prior to the involvement of the third parties.

  • When it comes to old fixtures which are broken or worn off, then liquidity is not liable.

  • The indirect losses, rent or forfeiture of the bond, are not compensated. We can receive complaints through email.

  • And descriptions, images to have it and the conclusion suggested.

  • Solutions will be identified and implemented in a timely fashion, and the quality improvement outcome will be documented. The parties are allowed to file complaints with the relevant consumer protection agencies in case of any unresolved problems.
